Located in Bayswater, this project is consist of two lots of land, with a mix of double and single storey dwellings.

With a large easement in the middle of the site, there were challenges designing around this easement and seeking the approvals from authorities.  Despite this constraint, we managed to fit 7 townhouses on this modest sized site.

Client has also provided the brief to design affordable and modern houses on this site, for the local community. Light grey tones, and a light coloured render, together with a large Verandah at the entry creates a large and welcoming entry to these townhouses.

Utilising a colour scheme of white, grey tones and timber finishes, the result is a popular contemporary  external and interior  palette that is supported by council and was well placed within the client’s construction budget.
