This projects consist of dual occupancy townhouses over a narrow frontage. Using a mixture of warm brown bricks, timber cladding and stone cladding,  the goal was to create use a warm tone for the external façade.

In order to complement the external material choices, we opted to have lighter timber floorboards, glossed timber finish joinery for the kitchen , and cream coloured floor and wall tiles in the bathrooms.

The challenges of side by side townhouse is potentially narrow dark corridors at the entry.  In order to avoid this, a large foyer was designed to be at the entry, with tall glass panels next to the entry door to increase natural light into the corridor.
