For this dual occupancy project, the client has engaged with the builder from town planning design phase being budget conscious.

From the preliminary design to the construction documentation stage, our team has engaged with the builder and was able to value management the development right from the start.

Client envisaged these dual occupancy townhouse to be suitable for young families with children and also first home buyers.  These townhouses are needs to be appealing for the younger people and therefore we have incorporated a more contemporary flat roof design with light render and timber looking cladding.

With a concern about natural light into the house, we had incorporated large windows in the living area and , large sliding doors, and balcony for the master bedroom.   Light oak engineered timber flooring, with a white colour cabinetry for easy maintenance of the house and a colour scheme that would match with any furnishings easily.

The large spacious living areas, and an open floor plan for the kitchen, living and dining provides plenty of room for family gatherings and future expansions to the future home owners.
