Two townhouses are conceived on this lot with both set behind generous landscaping and fronting Romoly Drive. While the internal spaces are similar, the façade design aims to vary between the two to give each of them its own individuality while being complementary to each other. As such, the form is varied between the two but materiality remains consistent: dark brown bricks, white renders and natural timber finish alternate between the walls to capture and accentuate the form.
